Hi y’all!
After more than a decade just hosting most Explizit songs, I have decided to reboot this website. The reason is simple: a very kind gentleman e-mailed me the complete Explizit Archive, including all original releases in ZIP format.
With this in hand I can republish all our tracks, and create new and shiny pages around them. I have also decided to create MP3 files from our tracks which you will be able to listen to online.
All tracks will appear in the coming time; and all will feature a comment form at the bottom. I urge you to leave your thoughts there!

Great initiative!! Brings back old times. Very neat producing and if u look at it. It was much more difficult then than nowadays with all the softsynths! I mean… remember how to do a cutoff of the filter lol..!
In this trackergroup ive set the base for my music-career and im nowadays still using styles, patterns and ideas from that time.

Amazing, it’s very kind after so many years to bring back such a good memories with Explizit tracks. Do you know if some members from Explizit are still producing or DJing? They have been such a great producers that I have no doubt that some of them could be famous DJs/producers for example in actual trance scene.

For a number of years I’ve been keen to get hold of the entire roster of tracks from the SYMBIOSIS ’97 compo. Is this possible at all?

Getting all track from symbiosis ’97 is going to be very hard. You are going to have to rely on kind strangers and strike luck like we did. If you do find them, I would be more than happy to host them all here to save them for eternity.
Many thanks for your reply. I’ve been looking for all the Symbiosis ’97 entries for many years, but have only found three or four, and these can be found simply by Googling the compo.
I vaguely recall there being a CD-ROM available containing all the Symbiosis ’97 submissions – purchasable through the old Explizit site I think. Hopefully some kindly soul who owns this rarity is reading this now!
…I see this site is complete (and then some) as of today! I never knew of the song that came after Hallucination 2000… What’s the deal with releasing it YEARS later? ;)

I hesitated before putting this track online. But I *do* remember it. I think it came out after Explizit was more or less defunct already. It sounds like a typical Jay song. Hope you enjoy!
